There are a couple of FREE webinars coming up you might be interested in joining.
The first is Friday, May 9 at 11: 00 AM ET, where Forrester analysts Charlene Li and Josh Bernoff will discuss the topics covered in their new book, Groundswell.
I’ve followed their respective blogs for a while now, and I highly recommend participating in this session.Topics they’ll cover include:
- What process should companies use to create social strategies?
- What business objectives can be achieved with Web 2.0 technologies?
- How should you get started?
The second is Thursday, May 22 at 1:00 PM ET. The American Marketing Association presents “Unlocking Social Media’s ROI through Engagement and Participation” (phew, that’s a mouthful).
Speakers include another Forrester analyst, Peter Kim, as well as a rep from MSFT and Visible Technologies. I really like Peter’s blog, so this could be a good one as well if you’re interested in measurement. In this one the panel will talk about:
- Trends in brand monitoring and social media participation
- The benefits from direct online community engagement
- Key Performance Indicators for measuring success
- A case study from Microsoft’s Windows/Windows Live group
If you join either webinar, please share your key takeaways in the comments section below!
