Indeed as social media matures as a marketing tool, we&#039;ll probably see many more cases like Skittles.  Personally, I like the fact Skittles took a risk and tried something new.  In fact it&#039;s quite impressive given my impression of Mars &amp; Co. as a rather conservative company.</description>
