@John - Hadn&#039;t heard of that. I&#039;ll certainly check it  out.

@Mark - Therein lies the challenge. I think it&#039;s going to take some solid research, some trial and error and the ability to measure ROI (whatever that might be) before we see the majority of companies participate in a meaningful way. But we&#039;ll get there.
